And we know how to customise training sessions to build skills in what’s critical for you.
There’s more about our training methods, skills and experience below.
How We Train
The ultimate purpose of training is to change behaviour. So in addition to new skills and information, we also work to deliver the enthusiasm, commitment, and capability amongst participants that ensures they apply what they’ve learned.
We develop single session or deeper training programs, according to your needs and budget. As our training is normally highly customised to your needs, we do not provide accredited courses.
After we have worked with you to get a clear understanding of you want, we’ll develop a training proposal for you to consider. It will be designed to addresses your particular requirements including cost, timing, duration and so on, but the final decision as to content and methodology is always yours.
Ensuring Quality, Now and in the Future
The components of each training session or system will always include clear objectives and outcomes and will have a matching detailed session plan, so you can be confident the session is appropriately focussed on your needs and the needs of participants. We always seek feedback at the end of each session, to make sure we’re meeting the needs of clients and participants, and delivering real, quality, outcomes.
Learning Styles and Training Methods
We embed, into every session, all three of the core VAK learning styles:

It will be custom-designed should you require it. There are positives and negatives to including assessment in training, and we will discuss options with you.
Training Facilities and Venues

Why We’re Better
Being ethical means more than merely ending each day without breaching a law or an ethics code – it’s about ensuring what you do achieves positive outcomes, and happens in an ethical way. Our training will never propose dubious shortcuts, and will always tell participants why an ethical approach is best.
Everything we do is predicated on protecting our clients’ reputation. Everything has to pass the front page test, conform to your codes of ethics, and where relevant, your stakeholders’ codes.
Our combined experience working with a wide range of diverse clients means we know how to get results, and develop real-world skillsets. Our combined exposure to a wide range of portfolios, industries and sectors outlined below gives us the knowledge and flexibility to find the best solutions and options for you.
We deliver insightful solutions by:
- diligently and meticulously examining the environment in which you operate,
- carefully applying our knowledge to the pitfalls, strengths and opportunities revealed by our research, and
- identifying the opportunities to maximise the benefits training can offer.
Some consultants will talk to you for a short while, and then rapidly lay out a training plan. That’s not us - we work with you on a structured and methodical process to devise a training plan which efficiently and effectively achieves your objectives.
Our Systems & Processes
In customising our approach to meet your particular needs, we will be methodical and systematic, and apply tried and trusted systems, designed to ensure you’re getting value for money. We’ll never apply past solutions.
To ensure your resources are being directed economically, we strongly recommend you embark on your project only after a structured and methodical process of devising:
- properly-founded and viable training objectives/descriptors, of which your leadership are fully informed, and in which they are fully invested,
- outcomes/elements which are properly focussed on those objectives, and
- matching training session plans and delivering on those outcomes.
Such a structured and methodical process would usually comprise three phases:
- Training needs analysis,
- Training package and session plan development, and
- Training delivery.
